The Oxford Saloon, Snohomish

The Oxford Saloon, built in 1900, offers guests delicious food, live music, and the chance to see a ghost. When it was a saloon, a police officer named Henry was killed during a fight. Today, patrons have reported seeing his ghost by the stairs and in the women's restroom.

Kell’s Irish Pub, Seattle

The pub was built over the Butterworth building mortuary. There have been plenty of dead bodies at this location due to disease, mining accidents, and violence back during the early 1900s. Today, there are two ghosts who regularly haunt the bar. Visitors have reported falling glasses, shattering mirrors, and ghost sightings.

Campbell House, Spokane

In the early 1900s, a burglar murdered three of the Campbell children and kidnapped the fourth child. People have reported cold spots, sightings of a woman in the hall, the ghost on the stairs, voices in empty corridors, twilight apparitions and poltergeist activity.

Cascade Tunnel, Leavenworth

The old Cascade Tunnel is haunted by the ghosts of the 1910 Wellington disaster that killed 96 people. There is currently a rock and debris dam in the tunnel. People have reported hearing disembodied voices from outside the tunnel and along the trail.

The Bush House Inn, Index

According to legend a young woman residing in the house hanged herself after hearing of her lover's death news. The news was untrue, and when her lover returned and discovered her body, he ended his life out of grief. Room 9 is believed to be the location of this tragic tale and double suicide. The ghost of the young woman continues to haunt this inn.

Monte Cristo Ghost Town, Snohomish County

Monte Cristo Ghost Town, an old mining town, is beautiful but haunted. The town had frequent fires and floods and was thus later abandoned. It is said, there are several ghosts of long gone miners still residing in the town. You may hear the cries of gurgling ghost miners.

Stanwood Hotel and Saloon, Stanwood

The Stanwood hotel and saloon is said to be haunted by ghosts named Marshall, Margret, Charlie, Carl and Lily. It is believed that a lot of unreported violence and murders occurred at the place, so large numbers of spirits have remained at the hotel.

Tokeland Hotel, Tokeland

Tokeland Hotel is said to be the most haunted in Washington, especially Room no. 4 and 7. One of several ghosts said to haunt the premises is known as "Charley", an illegal immigrant from China. Charley had been hiding in a fireplace and accidentally suffocated and died.

Sinking Ship, Seattle

The Sinking Ship, one of the coolest parking spots in the U.S, is located at Pioneer Square in Seattle. The garage is in the same location as the former historic Seattle Hotel, which was built in the 1890s and demolished in 1961. The parking garage is said to be haunted.

Town of Govan, Govan

Govan, now a ghost town, used to be a stop along the Central Washington Railway. In 1902, a judge and his wife were killed by an axe. It is believed that ghosts of a terrible, unsolved murder - haunt this small town. Today you will find only abandoned schools, houses, rolling wheat fields, and old farming equipment.
