Hurricane ( HUR-ih-kən) is a city in Washington County, Utah, United States. Its population was 20,036 as of the 2020 United States Census estimates. The Hurricane valley makes up the easternmost part of the St. George metropolitan area and is near Zion National Park. Hurricane is known for its historic peach and pecan orchards, open space, and green fields.
